A country works, but a state, province, metro or named industrial corridor works better. "Arizona" returns a more complete picture than "United States", because the research spends its searches on one place instead of spreading them thin.

Industry focus, stage and minimum investment narrow the search itself, not just the display. A minimum of $250M cuts out the noise if you only care about major sites.

One scan runs two research passes with different source lenses — official and company sources first, then trade and regional press — and merges what they find. "Find more projects" runs a deeper pass that skips everything already on screen: smaller sites, suppliers, expansions, projects covered only locally. Keep pressing until it tells you it has run out.

Every run is stamped with today's date and re-verifies figures against the newest coverage, so a project that was expanded, delayed or cancelled shows its latest status — not the one from the original announcement. Run the same scan next month and anything announced since appears.

Any project without a working source link is dropped before it reaches you. Click through before quoting a figure anywhere that matters. Then: CSV for analysis, Download dashboard for a standalone file, or Deploy Live to publish it as a shareable page with the filters still working.
