What can I upload?
Excel, CSV, or anything pasted as text — invoices, monthly revenue, costs by category, budgets. Any column layout. It tells you what it read before you go further.
Where do my figures live?
Downloaded, they sit inside the file itself — nothing about a downloaded dashboard is kept on AIBasePro. Published, they save to your dashboard's own link automatically.
Can my bookkeeper or business partner use it?
Publish it and send them the link. What they change, you see; what you change, they see. There is an Undo, and a two-click reset back to the original figures.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The views become a scrolling strip across the top and the cards stack. Editing works there too, though a keyboard is easier for lots of rows.
Free trial or PRO — what changes?
The free trial builds one dashboard from your figures, yours to keep with Save offline. Building the empty dashboard is free every time either way. Publishing to a live link is part of the PRO Subscription.
